Egg Hunt Time

Everybody Ready!

The five and under crowd got a small head start!

And now the six and older crowd get their turn!

Looking high and low for the eggs!

Found all the eggs, time to play and have fun with family and friends!

They decided to play hide and seek and Asa hid behind the basketball pole!

We had a good chuckle over this!  LOL

 The next day I put them to work making sure all of the eggs for the egg hunt had a top and a bottom.

Egg Dyeing Time

A few nights before Easter, Skylar and Claudia stayed the night.  We had a fun evening of dyeing eggs.

After we had finished our egg activity, they decided it would be fun to mix all of the dyes and taste them.

Asa wasn't impressed.

Claudia wasn't impressed either but found it funny.

Trisha who really masterminded this plan really wasn't impressed.

And so every does not freak out about them drinking the dye, here is the method we chose to use. 

It smelled so much nicer than traditional methods and you just have to mix with water.
